Baler Belt FAQs

Will these belts fit my baler?

Ag Belt makes OEM-quality round baler belts for John Deere, New Holland and Vermeer balers, sold as complete sets sized to your machine or as individual belts. Match your baler model to the set — for example, our John Deere sets cover 550/556/557/558/559 balers and our New Holland belts cover Roll-Belt and BR-series machines. Not sure which set you need? Call us at 1-888-249-7412 with your baler's make and model.

What does "pre-applied lacing" mean, and why does it matter?

Most of our belts ship with the MATO fasteners (lacing) already installed on the belt ends. That means no crimping tools, no measuring, and no guesswork on the lacing — you feed the belt, join the ends, and you're baling. Customers consistently tell us it's the fastest belt change they've done.

Are Ag Belt belts really the same quality as the belts from my dealer?

Yes. Ag Belt belts are built to OEM specifications — same 3-ply and heavy-duty roughtop constructions, same widths and lengths — at a direct price instead of a dealer markup. Growers running John Deere, New Holland and Vermeer balers use them as a straight replacement for the factory belts.

What is the difference between the standard and heavy-duty (HD) belt sets?

Standard sets are the OEM-equivalent everyday belt — the right call for typical grass hay operations. HD sets use a heavier roughtop build for high-volume baling, tough crops like corn stalks and straw, and rock-prone ground where belts take more abuse. If you bale hard or bale a lot, step up to HD.

Do you sell single belts or only full sets?

Both. Buy a complete set when you're re-belting a baler, or grab individual belts (short or long, with the fastener style you need) to replace a single damaged belt. Everything is on the baler-belts collection page.

How fast will they ship?

Belts ship from Agzaga in southwest Missouri, and most orders arrive in about 3–5 days to the lower 48. Order before your first cutting so you're not down during the window.

About Ag Belt

Built by Agzaga. Backed by hay producers.

Ag Belt is Agzaga's line of OEM-quality baler belts, built to give hay producers a dependable, direct-priced alternative to dealer-counter belts. Every set is made to factory specifications — the same 3-ply and heavy-duty roughtop constructions, widths, and lengths as the belts that came on your baler — so it drops in and bales like the original.

Agzaga created Ag Belt for growers who can't afford downtime during the baling window. Most belts ship with MATO lacing pre-applied for a fast, tool-light install, sized for John Deere, New Holland, and Vermeer round balers and backed by real people who know balers. From a single replacement belt to a full re-belt, Ag Belt keeps your baler rolling and your bales tight — without breaking the bank.
