Each chain is meticulously pre-lubricated with a special formula through a hot-dipping process before packaging, ensuring thorough coverage of the chain joints.
Designed for ease of storage and handling, our chains are spooled on heavy-duty reels. The solid roller construction involves cold-forged rollers that promote smoother contact with sprocket teeth and resist distortion under heavy loads. Similarly, the solid bushing design, also cold-forged, offers superior wear resistance, resulting in a service life 2 to 3 times greater than split bushing chains.
To eliminate any initial elongation in new chains, all dura roll chains are pre-loaded to the minimum load required by industry standards. The pre-loading process seats the chain joint effectively. Moreover, our chains undergo advanced heat treatment to achieve optimum hardness for enhanced strength and wear resistance.
